Chol-PEG1000 Fluorescein is a fluorescent lipid that consists of a cholesterol-PEG1000 unit conjugated to fluorescein to give this lipid fluorescent properties. This lipid incorporates itself into micelles and liposomes which results in this lipid being able to be used to study the cell membrane and for drug delivery research.
