| 18:1 Lyso PA-D9 is a lysophosphatidic acid species ideal for studying LPA receptor signaling and downstream biology. Researchers use 18:1 Lyso PA to elicit robust intracellular Ca²⁺ transients in cell models and to interrogate metabolic readouts such as blood glucose and endurance in vivo, making it a reliable tool for lipid-mediated signaling, motility, and differentiation assays. This product can also be used as an enzymatic substrate (e.g., for lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferases/LPAATs) and as a quantitative reference in LC-MS analyses. This product is deuterated which enables the study of structure, dynamics, and function of cell membranes. |
