Avanti's 2024 Holiday Schedule

As the year draws to a close, we want to inform you about our upcoming schedule to ensure your orders are processed smoothly.

End-of Year Inventory Shipping Shutdown

To accommodate our end of year inventory count, shipping operations will temporarily be paused as outlined below:

• The shipping shutdown period for customers purchasing directly* from Avanti will begin on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 with normal shipping operations resuming on January 2, 2025.
• Orders placed for standard catalog items in stock will need to be placed on or before December 11^th to ensure shipment before the shutdown period.
• Orders placed for catalog items with requested alterations (custom packaging, analytical tests, etc.) will need to be placed on or before December 3rd to ensure shipment before the shutdown period.
• Orders placed after these dates will be shipped starting January 2, 2025.
  

*Customers purchasing Avanti products through Sigma/Merck will not experience the same shipping shutdown. Please contact your local Sigma/Merck sales or customer care representative for more information on any shipping interruptions expected during the holiday season.*

Holiday Closure Schedule

• Our offices and operations will also be closed for the holidays to allow our team to celebrate with their loved ones.
• Avanti will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 and Wednesday, January 1, 2025. During this time, our customer service team will be unavailable, but will respond to all inquiries promptly. We will only be closed on the days listed above, other surrounding days will have normal business hours.
• We recommend planning your orders and communications accordingly to avoid any disruptions.
