Vital ordering information must be present before processing an order. Below is a list of information needed to properly process an order:

• Complete Shipping and Billing Addresses
• Complete Telephone/Fax Numbers and E-mail Address
• Purchase Order Number or Credit Card Information
• Complete Product Number and Quantity
• Physical State of Products (Powder, Chloroform, etc.)
• Most products require dry ice at the following additional cost
• Domestic Shipping charges are between $60.00 and $170.00 (U.S. Dollars)
• First time purchases may be required to pre-pay
• Shipping terms are F.O.B. Origin, Alabaster, Alabama USA.
• All Payments to Avanti must be made in U.S. Dollars
