Prostaglandin F1ß
Prostaglandin F1ß is part of the Avanti Research neutral lipids line. Prostaglandins are a group of lipid compounds that have a wide range of important functions in the body. They are derived from fatty acids and are involved in various physiological processes, including inflammation, blood flow regulation, and the contraction and relaxation of smooth muscle tissue.
They are primarily made at the site of infection or tissue damage. In addition to their role in defense and repair, they also have the ability to perform hormone-like actions by telling the body what to do and when to do it. Prostaglandins are synthesized and released by many different cells throughout the body and act as local messengers, exerting their effects in close proximity to where they are produced.
Prostaglandins come in several different forms, both organically and synthetically. Known organic prostaglandins include PGI2, PGE1, PGD2, PGF2α, PGF1ß, and more. Prostaglandin synthesis from pharmaceutical labs includes Misoprostol, Dinoprostone, Bimatoprost, Carboprost, and others.
Order highly refined PGF1ß in powder form in 1 x 1mg packaging from Avanti Research.
