LNP Lipid Blend 1
LNP Lipid Blend 1
This lipid blend is designed to be used with any cationic lipid (purchased separately).
Instructions for using the LNP Lipid Blend 1:
- Dissolve cationic lipid in ethyl alcohol.
- Once completely dissolved, use pipette to transfer cationic/ethanol solution into LNP Blend 1 vial.
- Add amount of ethyl alcohol required to bring lipids to total desired volume. Use heat and sonication as necessary to achieve full dissolution.
- Dilute nucleic acid in aqueous buffer (use appropriate pH for cationic lipid).
- Combine solvent and aqueous phase by solvent injection.
- Remove ethanol by dialysis.
